“PAHAL” Welfare Foundation is a non-profit organization established in the year 2021 by professionals from various fields with a motto to work for the development of the poor and marginalized section of the society. It is a registered state level non-government organization under the Societies Registration Act. It is a development organization of state repute, facilitating community development since 2017.
The main strategy of the organization is to empower the weaker sections of the society especially women and children by enhancing their capabilities through education, health and skill-based development. The areas of focus include health and sanitation, formal/informal education, skill-based education, sanitation, nutrition, livelihood, prevention of abuse against women and children and last but not the least sustainable development of the environment.
PAHAL has emerged as one of the best resource agencies in terms of bringing about a visible change in the lives of its beneficiaries. We always believe in participatory approach hence all its activities are being designed and implemented with active contribution of community resources.
“PAHAL” Welfare Foundation is actively working in the Greater Noida district of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh to bring about a change in the social, political and economic status of community women and adolescents. It works in close partnership with local communities and local government in areas of need identified by communities and government.

The Pahal Welfare Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering marginalized communities in India.
Core Focus Areas: The foundation’s strategy revolves around several key pillars to improve the social, political, and economic status of the communities they serve:
- Education & Skill Development: Providing formal and informal education for underprivileged children and vocational training for youth to promote self-reliance.
- Health & Nutrition: Organizing medical camps, providing healthcare facilities in remote villages, and focusing on maternal health and hygiene.
- Women Empowerment: Creating programs to enhance the capabilities of community women and protecting them against abuse.
- Environmental Protection: Leading initiatives like tree plantation (over 500,000 saplings in some regions), waste management, and promoting water conservation through rainwater harvesting.
- Social Welfare: Identifying and assisting the homeless, destitute, and differently-abled individuals through medical aid and rehabilitation.
"AIMS & OBJECTIVES"
The objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are:
- To promote fields of arts, commerce, science, research, education, environment, health, energy, technology, sports, charity, social welfare, religion, environment protection, social welfare.
- To propagate the need for tree plantation / pollution control, renewable energy resources and environmental awareness, agriculture and research and to works for the preservation of environment and sustainable development and to works for the preservation of environment protection and sustainable development.
- Works for the safety and wellbeing of animals and saving them from getting extinct to wildlife protection organizations comes under this category.
- To work for the upliftment of the status of dalits, tribals and other minorities.
- To work on Gandhian Philosophy and to support martyrs family
- To promote, establish and run Ashrams, branches, centres, groups, institutions, for promoting a true and spiritualised life and arrange to visit the same.
- To monitor the existing religious places and to do all activities and to maintain and administer the religious premises and ongoing activities which includes visiting, organizing all kind of functions so that devotees can perform religious activities
Matters which are necessary for furtherance of the objects specified in above clause are:
- To work on health related issues like cancer, aids, heart disease, coronary artery disease, pulmonary disease, trachea, bronchus, lung cancers, adolescent health, drug addiction, stroke, mental health blindness and rehabilitation, diabetes mellitus, alzheimer disease and other dementias, diarrheal diseases, smallpox, tuberculosis, cirrhosis and any other kinds of diseases to provide medicals assistance and aid and other any treatment including Ambulances services to the needy people.
- To work on child related issues such as child labour, malnutrition, poverty, illiteracy, child marriage, child trafficking, gender inequality, abuse and violence, child sexual abuse, street children, children living with AIDS, child in armed conflict, girl child, children with disabilities, children affected by substance abuse, birth registration, missing children, children in conflict with law, children without parental care, child health and nutrition, children of schedule caste and schedule tribe families, children in poverty or any other issues. And to work for uplifting the status of women in the society and to work against female circumcision and to fight against the victimization of girl /women by anybody in the society on female circumcision or any other related issues and provide help under health and nutrition services for women and children.
- To establish, promote, set up, run, maintain or help in the setting up and /or maintaining and /or running other institution orphanages, handicapped, widows homes, old age homes, lunatic asylums, poor houses, or other establishments for relief and /or help to the poor, old and infirm people and/ or destitute.
- To ensure safe and happy childhood of vulnerable children on streets and rural areas to help them access Protection, Education, Nutrition and Health Care.
- To empower the differently abled by providing, medical aid and appliances, Vocational training and employment opportunities, Legal aid and other rehabilitation measures those are necessary to ensure them a self-sustained living.
- To raise public awareness relating to Crime, Corruption, Human Rights Protections, Politics, Government Policies, Bonded Labour, Child Labour, Human Traffic, RTI Activities, Child Related Issues, Ground Dispute, Cyber Crime Issues and all other related issues.
- To provide relief to the needy in areas affected by natural calamities and other emergencies and to organize camp, programme, or any other type of gathering to clean the streets, roads, railway stations and infrastructure of the country with an aim of clean and green India with the help of peoples.
- To promote national integration, communal harmony, brotherhood, charitable values, literature, science, art, culture, education, public welfare, interest, environment protection, forestation, plantation, waste land management, natural heritage and to work/strive for reducing corruption, poverty, illiteracy, crime and investigation rate in all over India.
- To take such other measures and render services or assistance including establishment of information centres, provision for shelter homes, setting up of educational, research and training institutions, etc., to the aforesaid class of persons and other persons, as may be necessary from time to time for the betterment of society.
- To associate itself with any other institution, Society or Association, objectives wholly or in part, similar to those of this Society and to co-operate with any person or body of persons in furtherance of such objectives.
- To work for the upliftment of the status of dalits, tribals and other minorities.
- To provide help to people suffering from Natural calamities such as flood, Earthquakes, motor accidents etc. and to organize relief work in times of flood, famine, epidemic or disaster of any other occasion independently or with collaboration of individual societies or associations or organisations.
- To formulate and implement various schemes and plans and promotes research for the benefit of the Women in particular and weaker sections in general.
